- Description: Offering an intake form for Butte County residents to access AFWD’s resources to help find employment. The intake form provides AFWD with background information on an individual's case so they may direct them to their programs and resources effectively. Once the completed intake form is submitted, an AFWD representative will acknowledge receiving the form and a case manager will be in contact within 1 business day. Services and resources may include supportive services including but not limited to: job and career training assistance, temporary work placement, career counseling, and assistance filing for unemployment. Services offered will vary on a case-by-case basis.
